Well, I assume this is a manual for people who work for the city, hence the stuff about human-hole covers or whatever. But still, the idea that you can't call someone who is carrying a child a woman is absurd. "Well what about trans men?" Well, if they're knocked up, they're clearly not trans enough, are they? What is the therapeutic value of denying reality to this extent?

A few of their suggestions make sense. But in a time where the standard of living is going down, the fact that they assign such moral importance to this makes 75% of America sick.
