It is official. The Rickett's have turned The Wrigley experience into Disney World.

This is not the time for cutesy uniforms that promote your vision of the Cubs franchise. It is just a reminder of how you monetize every grain of grass at and around Wrigley. If this team was loaded with all-stars up and down the lineup, then fine go ahead and put fucking Clark on the uniform in all his cartoon glory while sweeping the Cardinals on a Sunday afternoon. But don't insult us with this bullshit team and then promote the Wrigleyville brand while we are losing series faster then Biden approval ratings.

Of course they put a big middle finger to the fans with Heyward in the middle of this photo.

I don't believe those uniforms have anything to do with the Ricketts. It is on MLB. Every team has these city uniforms.

Welcome to last year, what with Rizzo and Baez in them.

Ironic for them to promote a neighborhood they destroyed.

Wrigleyville wasn't exactly the Gold Coast in the late 70s and early 80s...

I’m not in love with ‘Southside,’ but those jerseys are awesome. Even when they wear them on consecutive days in 100 degree heat.
