One of those bars used to be my first stop on my drinking-my-way-back-into-the-city Fridays, or Tuesdays, or pretty much any day traffic sucked whenever I worked out that way. Surprisingly good food, pizza was especially tasty. I stopped going there after I told one of my dealers to meet me there to exchange legal tender for illegal substances and dude freaked, "dat's a cop bar, gtfo". Cops usually have the best drugs.
